New West is this year's winner of the Elm Park Triples.

The Royal City th*****me clinched first place a week earlier and held off runner-up Wild Card despite dropping a maximum 10-point loss to Rmd 1 in the final week of the 15-week Tuesday morning bowls league.

Wild Card chalked up its 12th victory of the season to take second place, following a 12-11 win over Kerr 3.

Defending champion SPK 2 finished third overall with a 12-9 victory over Kerr 1.

Rmd/WC was next, taking fourth place over Rmd 4 and Rmd 1, respectively on superior differential.

All three teams shared similar 9-6 records but Rmd/WC had a 70-point spread, while Rmd 4 needed all its points from a 14-8 win over SPK 1 to nip Rmd 1 for fifth spot by a single differential point, 51-50.

Rmd/WC failed to hold onto third place following a nail-biting 12-11 loss to runner-up Wild Card.
Defending champion SPk 2 remained in the hunt, garnering its ninth victory to move past Rmd/WC and into third place, following a 15-10 victory over Rmd 1.
GPk 2 lost a second straight game but managed to keep a tenuous hold on fifth spot despite a big loss to Rmd 5.
Rmd 4 took over the sixth and final money spot with a maximum 10-point victory over Van.
Rmd 3 knocked off WPG 22-12 and remained well positioned in eighth place to make a final push into the top-6 with five teams all still in contention for the last three payout places.

Next week, Rmd/WC can make up valuable ground on second-place Wild Card, when the two teams meet in one of two highly anticipated Week 14 showdowns at the Kerrisdale Lawn Bowling Club.
The other key matchup will see Rmd 1 and SPk 2 lock horns.
With just four differential points separating the two contenders, a pay day is likely on the line for one of them.

GPk 2 retained its grip on third place for a third straight week, edging Rmd 4 by a single point, while SPk 2 moved ever closer to the Granville Park side with an 18-9 decision over Kerr 2.

Rmd/WC took over fifth place with a resounding win over Rmd 1, sending their Week 12 opponent tumbling to sixth spot.

The Royal City crew remained undefeated with its ninth consecutive win to remain in first place for a seventh straight week.
Last week's second- and third-place teams both lost but upstart Kerr 1 took advantage to move into third place in the 16-team league with a fourth straight win.

Kerrisdale Lawn Bowling Club fielded five teams on the opening day of the Wednesday Evening Triples, a competition specially designed for new and developing bowlers, hosted at Granville Park LBC.
