My Raw Meat Experiment 🔬
3 years on the Carnivore Diet.
Last night, I experimented with rare meat and raw eggs.
I’ve been researching the differences between raw and cooked animal foods, and there are some interesting questions around nutrient retention and digestion.
Personally, I felt better digestion eating some foods less cooked.
But raw meat comes with real food-safety risks, and there isn’t enough evidence to say it’s healthier than properly cooked meat.
My experience isn’t universal.
What’s your experience?

TRANSFORMATION DAY
30-Day Carnivore Code: Philip’s Story
Philip started at 82 kg with a heavy-carb lifestyle: honey, fruit, snacks throughout the day, and the belief that carbs were necessary to get bigger and more masculine.
Then he decided to change.
We started with an animal-based ketogenic approach focused on real food:
Red meat
Lots of eggs
Greek yogurt
Sardines
Some berries
Occasional OMAD
Hard training
He went from 82 kg to 70 kg and reached approximately 9–10% body fat.
That is a serious transformation.
You don’t have to be 100% carnivore to change your body. But you do need to control your food quality, reduce unnecessary processed carbohydrates, prioritize protein & animal fat, and stay consistent.
Real food. Hard training. Real results.

For years, we were told post-workout recovery requires carbs, insulin spikes, and sugary shakes.
The fitness industry built an empire on that lie.
My carnivore approach is simpler. And realer.
Prioritize leucine-rich animal proteins. Give your body the building blocks it actually needs for muscle synthesis.
No sugar crash. No insulin rollercoaster. No 2pm fatigue.
Your body doesn’t crave sugar. It craves cholesterol. It craves saturated fats.
These are not enemies. They are the ancestors of hormone production.
The building blocks of testosterone. The messengers of vitality.
Feed your body what it actually asks for.

🥩 PROTEIN + FAT = A SATISFYING MEAL
Think about the difference:
🍗 Lean chicken breast
vs.
🥩 A juicy, well-marbled steak
Both provide protein.
But the eating experience can be completely different.
Higher-fat cuts of beef can provide more richness, flavor and calories per bite.
🥩 Wagyu
🥩 Ribeye
🥚 Whole eggs
🧈 Butter
Many people following carnivore report that satisfying meals help them reduce cravings and unnecessary snacking.
