The amount of talent, passion and grit in the room was unbelievable.
A special shoutout to the center’s owner, Krista, for inviting me to run this workshop for her amazing team.
For those of you living in Nanaimo, I highly recommend you check out Wildewood Health for your strength and conditioning, active rehab and physical therapy needs.
The depth of community, character and integrity is truly remarkable there.

We are extremely excited to have Adam Carroll present at the summit on August 18th! There in no better person in Vancouver to talk about Self-Discipline, Accountability, and Resilience.

Adam, a Vancouver native, is a dedicated and inspiring leader in the fields of strength and conditioning and active rehabilitation. Adam’s personal journey of transformation fuels his professional passion.
Adam’s early life was marked by challenges, including his parents’ divorce and significant struggles with bullying and insecurity. These difficulties led him to seek solace in drugs and alcohol at the age of 13, which spiraled into a tumultuous period of his life filled with addiction, crime, and near-death experiences. Despite these hardships, Adam’s determination to turn his life around began on February 9, 2013—just one day after his 21st birthday spent in jail.
Upon returning to Vancouver, Adam channeled his energy into fitness, earning numerous certifications that have established him as a highly respected professional in his field.
Adam’s commitment to self-improvement and resilience has not only transformed his life but has also made him a beacon of hope for others. Over the past decade, he has positively impacted the lives of over 100 individuals through personalized fitness and nutrition programs and has mentored more than 50 clients, guiding them through mental health challenges, addiction, and past trauma.
In his leadership role, Adam is dedicated to creating a positive and empowering environment for clients and professionals alike. Drawing from his personal journey, he understands the transformative power of consistent daily actions and believes in overcoming self-limiting beliefs. Adam’s story is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the potential for positive change.

At the upcoming workshop, Adam will share his insights on “Fostering Self-Discipline, Accountability, and Resilience in Your Clients in the Strength and Conditioning and Active Rehabilitation Settings.” His session promises to be engaging, informative, and packed with practical strategies that attendees can immediately implement in their practice.
