Balance, coordination, functional symmetry, load capacity. It’s all in there. And it’s an honest test of whether your body is actually talking to itself or just going through the motions.
Check out client Kathryn working on the challenging barbell version. Most adventures outside involve stepping from one leg to the other: uneven ground, descents, carrying weight. This movement builds next level capacity to handle all of it. 🏔️🌎💪✨
