Fridays at 9am

If we hit the point where we don't have enough people for class, we will pause and resume in the fall!

Our VHF staff got together this mornkng and hid some treats for you all! We saved the last box of Soft Core Cream Egg bars and now they are hidden around the gym for a very delicious egg hunt!
