As 2023 comes to a close, Iโve been reflecting on my own fitness progress and areas for improvement (so much to work on so little time). Mobility and flexibility are at the top of my list in 2024. Also, nutrition and supplements will continue to be a priority for me as I enter my 51st year around the sun. Maintaining my strength and endurance also key.
For those of you looking for some fitness inspiration, hereโs my fitness advice to you for the new year:
โจ Work hard as if every day was day oneโ๏ธ
โจ You only get one body. Take care of it ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ฅ๐ฅฉ
โจ The reflection in the mirror is your only competition.
โจ Surround yourself with people that inspire you ๐คฉ
โจ Donโt wait to be motivated. Just start โ
โจ Measure your success by how you feel ๐คธ
