Big shout out to Adrian.
He came to us from Switzerland where he had started his Muay Thai journey. He promotes the great habits that coaches love to see as he arrives early to class, is on the mats with his hands wrapped before we start. He will go out of his way to partner with new members to help elevate their confidence and skills. You will never see him cut any corners or complain as he does everything we ask of him with a smile on his face, and at twice the age of most of our members.

He truly is a man and it’s a privilege to have him represent our gym in the ring against a very talented opponent. These two men demonstrated that age is not your most defining factor, but that mentality and attitude speak volumes of who you are.

Clinch is a huge element of Muay Thai. It is one of the technical aspects of our art that differentiates us from other striking forms.
It is also very practical for the students who are studying Muay Thai for self defence purposes.

📌 Learn how to use your opponents body weight and momentum against them.

📌 Learn that strength is not what makes the fight.

📌 Develop a strong core, balance, and endurance.

📌 Know what to do when your opponent gets a hold of your arms, and learn how to control the fight from close range.

📌 Learn how to use your elbows and knees which are the most damaging strikes.

These clinch classes will be popping up every week, keep your eyes peeled.

A very exciting night for the LMT team. We are proud of our very own for becoming the 71kg Muay Thai Canada champion.
He’s been working hard training, coaching, and being a great teammate bringing up the talent of the rest of the team.

kmt has returned to the ring with a triumphant victory, not just returning to fight, but to demonstrate the technique that he has been working on.

Much love to our opponents for teaching us, helping us grow, and sharing the journey with us.
