In 1975, One of the founders of the National Golf Club of Canada, Mr. Gil Blechman, had a vision to create one of the toughest golf courses around the world. He recruited George and Tom Fazio, world renown golf course architects to take on this challenge. In fact, the National Golf Club of Canada ranks as the No 1 Canadian golf course by Score Golf Magazine and consistently ranks in the top 100 golf courses in the world.
