1. Pick up the phone and call family/friend (no texting)
2. Have a relaxing bath
3. Play anything you like, but play and let your inner child come out again
4. Open your journal and a write a love letter to yourself (e.g write about what you are proud of, what you want to do, donโt forget to mention how much you love and appreciate yourself)
5. Take yourself on a date - can be anything- a lunch date or a spa date - spend quality time with yourself
Make sure you feed your soul in ways that matter to YOU!
Remember it is not selfish to make today all about YOU!
