SUSPENDED REVERIE RECAP

What a beautiful evening suspended between movement and stillness.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this unique experience with Danielle, drifting in the silks, softening into breath, and settling into deep rest as the sound of crystal bowls filled the room.

There was something so special about slowing down together and letting the body truly unwind.

TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION

September 30th is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Today we're taking time to listen, to learn, and to sit with the histories that brought us here, knowing that one day of reflection isn't where this work ends.

Noble is an Indigenous owned business, located on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. That truth shapes how we show up today, and every day.
