Today GVRA honours the National Day For Truth and Reconciliation. We are proud to participate in The Orange Jersey Project - empowering young athletes to be part of truth and reconciliation through the power of sport. By combining education with action, this initiative creates space for youth to learn, reflect, and lead on the ice, on the field, and in their communities. One jersey, one story, one team at a time.
GVRA respectfully acknowledges that we live and play on the unceded traditional territory of the Syilx people of the Okanagan Nation. As our sport takes us across the provinces, we also acknowledge those lands in which we are guests and respectfully visit.
