Home of Vernon's Multiple World Champions. Contact us today for your free trial! We offer structured classes for both adults and children.

We offer instruction in authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu using the teaching methods and curriculum of well regarded professors, world champions and academies/teams (Carlos Gracie Jr, Vinicius Draculino, Saulio Ribiero, Andre Galvao, Gracie Barra, Alliance, etc). Our goal is to give every student, regardless of age, gender, body type or physical ability, the tools needed to defend themselves against bigger, stronger and more physically capable opponents whether it be on the mats, in the ring, on the streets or in the school yard. Regardless of your level of fitness, past martial arts or athletic experience, we will have a class to fit your needs: Jiu-Jitsu can be as easy or as challenging as you make it!

🥋 MEET COACH PING

At Pacific Top Team Vernon, we’re proud to have coaches who don’t just teach martial arts, they live it.

Coach Ping is one of our instructors and brings an incredible depth of experience to the mats. He’s a 25-year military veteran with multiple overseas tours, a BJJ black belt, national-level wrestler, and MMA fighter.

He’s also undefeated in military combative competition, holding two absolute titles.

Coach Ping began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2015 and has earned multiple gold medals at every belt level along the way, building a strong competitive foundation through years of dedication on the mats.

But what sets him apart is not just what he’s done as a competitor, it’s how he shows up as an instructor.

He leads with structure, discipline, and clarity, focusing on developing students who are confident, capable, and prepared. His military background and high-level competitive experience give him a unique ability to break down complex skills and build strong fundamentals in every student he works with.

For our students, that means learning from someone who understands what it takes to perform under pressure, and more importantly, how to build others up to succeed.

We’re lucky to have Coach Ping on the PTT Vernon team.
