Real tired of this one, tbh

Want to solve your knee pain with running?
Comment COACH below and I’ll send you a DM to get started
Knee pain is by far the most common running related injury we see in trail runners
Don’t let it sideline your season! If you have knee pain that’s limiting you, and you’re worried about it, get on top of it EARLY. Wait too long and it’s harder to fix
You’re smart enough to figure it out
But the smarter play is to save time
Wrong attitude.
If you want to stay in pain for a long long long time, try random IG and youtube exercises
If you want an actual fix? Get assessed.
The wrong exercise, especially with disc herniations, can make things WAY worse.
Guys... you have a running injury, but trying to run an ultra, you’re trying to do one of the hardest physical things you could possibly choose.
A pdf (even our really good pain guides) isn’t going to do it.
You need something better than a free guide and some chatGPT advice.
You need to work with someone who:
1) understands your sport
2) does the thing
3) has worked with people exactly like you trying to do exactly what you’re doing...
If you want to be a savage, you can’t do it from the couch
Guys... you’ve had low back pain for over 10 years and you’re trying to do one of the hardest physical things you could possibly choose.

If you want to keep riding for life, you need to be doing the right things, specific to YOU and your injuries

Train how you want to perform
Which in my case is generally confused and consistently suffering.
Think cramping is a hydration problem?
Think again.
If your quads and calves are cramping, it’s more likely a muscular muscle endurance problem, not a hydration one
“But my cramping gets better when I take electrolytes?”
Yep. And usually you’re resting when you take them (or resting after cramping) giving your muscles some time to recover.
This doesn’t mean hydration isn’t important, but if taking salt tabs and electrolytes isn’t changing your cramping, you need to work on your muscular endurance instead
(Spoiler: strength training is the answer)
I mean… the guides are pretty good but…
