🫵𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗺, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲…
let’s just say it for what it is.
You are your own worst cheerleader when the game is on the line…
I’m going to speak up because I think you’re very important, I think you’re the priority…
Moms reach out and say “I can’t lose weight”
and after hours of conversation say “I’m not willing to prioritize my needs over my kids”
The real reason why you don’t see results or stay consistent is because…
you constantly feel guilty about taking care of yourself, and you probably don’t even notice it
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻
Imagine the game is on the line in your kids soccer game, there’s 30 seconds left and your son/daughter has the ball to score the game winning goal. But on the sidelines she sees that you’re there, and just when she needs to really push at the end of the game to win, she stops…
She feels guilty, that she’s not beside you, not hugging you, and so she gives up…
You are no different, you stop when the game is on the line and you feel guilty
When you should get in those step, or eat that food, or workout or celebrate your own wins…
You think “the kids need me, I can’t be going for a walk or working out right now”
Or “I haven’t seen my kids all day, I should probably spend more time with them”
Or “I can’t stop work, everyone needs more from me and I don’t have time”.
You will continue to feel exhausted this way, constantly feeling like you’re in last place.
Because you are, you are your last priority when you need yourself most.
𝗜𝗧’𝗦 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣, 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗡 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗘, 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗧!
Most busy moms can’t lose body fat because of this guilt, and its not your fault!
Society has conditioned you to think that taking care of yourself isn’t taking care of your kids but that’s the biggest lie of all!
I’m giving you permission to replace guilt with grace and then the next part is to get a plan, find a community of hard working moms, and to thrive!
Are you ready?

🤢𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽
I realized something on a call with my coach…
I hope it brings insight into your own life
The six pack, the muscles, I’ve never wanted those things independently, they were just masks…
I wanted things that came with all of it
I wanted the respect, I wanted the success, I wanted the confidence, I wanted to feel important, after years of neglect/abuse.
So I’d go all in on my goals and get “jacked” but when I’d get there, in ways, I’d feel no different…
Yes I had more energy, or I’d take my shirt off semi-confidently, but it was just a meat suit…
I would always end up burned out, because I lost sight of what I really wanted.
🤷♀️ In short, my body changed but my mind stayed the same…
You see, if you’re a busy mom looking to get an hour glass figure or just looking to reach a specific body goal
do it because you want a version of you who is better, happier, healthier or whatever…
Invision what type of person you could be…
Body aside, how do you feel and why…
What are the things you say to yourself daily…
Why do people respect you besides your body…
Get really specific, because…
Being surface level about your results will get you nowhere…
So many of us struggle to hit our goals because we focus on the what but not why…
I’m calling myself out…
my nutrition hasn’t been the best, and It’s because my mental diet wasn't right….
Working out is easy for me, and walking too
But If I can’t lead myself with nutrition, how can I lead my children, how can I lead my clients, how can I be the best me as a leader.
In 2023 I’ve made my theme word: 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥
Screw a sick pack, if I’m a leader, and I make that my reason why, I will be in good shape.
As a leader I want to be as genuine, authentic, passionate and focused on making an impact
Especially on women and how they show up for their children to spark generational change.
That’s my goal, and that’s why I’ll hit my nutrition goals…
Why do you want to become a Fitmom?
