Great turnout at last Saturday’s Thetis trail run. 8 am from Prior Lake parking. Optional dip in the lake after to cool off, followed by bevvies at local establishments.

Got running plans next Saturday, June 20? Join the Pender Pursuit Trail Race for a 2km walk, or 5km or 10km runs!

Two fabulous routes via Schooner Way Trail, Disc Park, and Shingle Bay.

Walk at9:30am, Races at 10:30am, in Support of the Pender Island Health Care Society.

dip into Prior Lake after our Saturday 8 am run from the parking lot. Temps are warming!

Come on out to Threshold Thursdays, 6:30 pm at Don Mann parking lot on Lochside Drive. 3k warmup, up to 60 minutes out and back along the trail at threshold pace, 3k cooldown. Bevvies after. A great way to extend your this Summer.
