What a pleasure it was to serve the participants at Operation Pegasus Jump this weekend in Campbell River.

This program is amazing and truly is an incredible opportunity for current members of the CF, Veterens and First Responders to participate in a program that incorporates a important healing process for those with experiences leading to PTSD, are like minded people and some exciting sky diving taught by trainers with resumes that go beyond what anyone could hope for.

We met some amazing people from all over Canada, made a number of great contacts, buisness and some new friends with solid like minded people. I look forward to continue supporting and being part of this quickly expanding event next year and beyond.

I highly suggest any members of a sheep dog service take part of this program.

Heathen Smokehouse is proud to be apart of Operation Pegasus Jump this year. We will be roasting a pig and serving our Mesquite Smoked Texas Style Brisket at our venue during event in Campbell River hours from the 14th-17th of July.

This event is close to our hearts as it supports all Veterans and First Responders who suffer from PTSD as most if not all will at one point in their careers.

Heathen Smokehouse is proud to be catering the WideGlide security team at Laketown Shakedown and Sunfest as well as attending and supporting the Operation Pegasus Sky Jumping event for current and former Military and First Responders in Campbell River. Heathen Smokehouse will be there on July 14th-17th but come out and support this amazing event as well as the Veteran owned buisness that will be attending.
