Get out of bed.
How bad do you want to succeed in your goals? I challenge you to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. When that alarms going off at 5am and the cozy warmth of your bed is pleading for you to rest just 5 more minutes, well maybe 10, 20, countdown down from 3 and do the damn thing! In 3 seconds there is no time for excuses, no time to trick yourself into settling for less.

Shred Series Update!
My body, it seems, does not want to shred. Little change happened last week. Must stay positive. Must stay on course and trust the process!
Itโs so easy to let the negative thoughts creep in, especially with only 10 weeks left of this prep!
I will continue to keep my head down and go on! I have a coach I trust completely and we will figure out my stubborn body together!
I also got to have a cheat meal this past week which refuelled and re-energized me, but again, came with challenges! I tend to bloat like a mother fu**er! And the pain from that full meal almost didnโt make it worth it, almost!
So here we are! Going into single digit weeks left!
I got this! Bring it on!
