Road Instructor Training Weekend (March 29-30, 2025)

This special weekend builds upon the success of our 2023 and 2024 pilots and invites coaches with or without previous coach education to connect, discuss, and practice instructing and coaching basic and intermediate road cycling skills. Participants attending on Saturday receive credit for NCCP Basic Skills, and participants attending on Sunday also receive credit for NCCP Club Skills (ROAD). On Sunday afternoon, we are hosting a discounted LTR Road54 skills session so that you can practice your teaching in a closed or open environment, respectively, with Cycling BC members new to road cycling.

I am doing a talk on FRIDAY March 8 at 6:30pm - Focus on Female: Do we really eat, exercise and recover different than males? While I usually LOVE to talk about Perimenopause and Beyond, I will share what the latest research from across the lifespan so every female athlete can find themselves in where we are at... It's likely not where you think. I hope to see you there!!

Success, motivation and joy is found in the effort. The point when all you can think is just a little more, once more up, almost there. When you hear your heart beating. It is in the friction where you wonder can I do this and I’m doing it!

Climb the mountain. The view is great but process to get there is where reward lie.

First outdoor/gravel (partial) team ride of 2024! Events are coming up quickly and so this was a perfect day to get in some distance and beautiful sunshine 🌞
