We are not big on "resolutions " over here. But we do believe in getting up every day, and setting goals to be better than the day before.
That can look different for everyone. For example, today I choose to drink more water. Or, today I choose to walk two extra blocks with the dog.
Whatever that looks like for you, progress is better than perfection!

I had the absolute pleasure of co-hosting a Protein and Power Moves event last weekend.

Some of the ladies expressed an interest in an empowerment/ self-defense seminar geared towards their teenage daughters. If I get enough interest I will happily host another one.

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We are moving our Buddha Camp classes for the summer! We will be hosting classes in an outdoor central location to make classes easier to access for everyone! Starting next Tuesday, July 7th at 9:30 a.m. Join us for a super fun combination of cardio, strength, mindful movement, and meditation. All levels welcome. $10 drop in.

People often Reach Out for advice on workout plans, which is an easy ask. What people often don't want to commit to is the nutrition side of things.
Does meal planning take some time, effort, and creativity? It sure does!
But what's the alternative?
We did a very long road trip this weekend and I planned all of our food for the journey. Pictured here are some bison meatballs in a very thick vegetable based sauce full of mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, zucchini and peppers mixed in with a little bit of orzo. Way better than fast food on the road!
