Our former coach Giselle is organizing the Victoria City Champs in a new format where you play one match per week and you can schedule it anywhere in the city!

Then this is your chance to try out your skills against some different opponents without screwing up your body for weeks!
DEADLINE TO ENTER IS IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!
SUNDAY FEBRUARY 16 AT 11PM
Tournament dates: FEB 24- MAR 21
It is a new format hence why it's so long! (one match a week, with semis and finals scheduled at Cedar Hill Squash Club with refs plus a buffet dinner to follow on the last saturday night at 1550 Fifteen Fifty's Restaurant
as if this is not enough you also get a sweet dri-fit t-shirt with your entry fee!

Happy Friday everyone! Ever feel low in energy or like you have nothing in the tank?! Well if you think about it, your βtankβ needs fuel, so are you putting in good quality fuel?
Try and get nutritious foods in your diet and a good way to do it is by having smoothies! Us squash players need the calories but they need to be good quality ππΌπͺπΌ

β’ Ingredients: 1 banana, big handful and a half of frozen spinach, juice or 1 lemon, a chunk of fresh ginger, 1 orange, tablespoon and a half of peanut butter, 4 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, table spoon of chia seeds and almond milk.
