We walk or run East on the road for half hour, than turn around and head back. Meet back in the park for a quick stretch 🙆♀️

Sunday Walk/Run Group 👣 - every Sunday 11am start at Winter Cove. One hour session. Free for everyone!
Monday and Thursday 9am Fitness 💪 at the Rec Centre with Chaya. Combo cardio, strength and stretch.
Tuesday 11am Group fitness with seated options great for beginners and an excellent addition to your weekly routines.
Saturday group fitness by Body Project 4:30pm 🏋️♀️
