Hey! I’m Iandra Lamplugh, the captain for the U22 VELA team, and I have also helped coach some of the younger female VELA teams! I just wanted to reach out and say that myself and some of my friends are running lacrosse camps this summer (one box and one field) so we just wanted to put it out to everyone! Also for people who register for both the box and field camp they will get a 30% discount :) It will be really fun and provide some great opportunities for girls who wanna get more reps in/learn from collegiate and international level players!! We look forward to seeing some of you guys there:)

Our U7s and U9s are off to a great start to the season. Doesn’t get much better than hanging out on the sunshine, playing lacrosse with your friends. 🥍☀️

Today our U11F team hosted New Westminster Minor Salmonbellies - Lacrosse Club. We brought snacks and they brought friendship bracelets. Everyone was tired after the game so a few VELA girls joined the NW team in their game against our friends from Nanaimo District Lacrosse Association. All three teams played hard and had fun.

Our U11s had a ton of fun bonding at the Richmond Rumble on the River tournament! They played hard and learned a lot.

Reports say the slide at the hotel pool was top notch! 😉
