Not ready for box season to end? Our summer box lacrosse drop-ins are the perfect way to stay in the game!

Join us Thursday evenings at Bullen Box from July 30 to August 27.

→ U7–U11: 6:00–7:00 PM
→ U13+: 7:00–8:00 PM

Open to co-ed and female. Just bring your stick, gloves and helmet. No pre-registration required—if you didn't play with us this season, we'll have waivers at the box.

They did it! The Vela u22 female lacrosse won gold at Provincials! It’s the end of an era but also the start of a new one. We are so incredibly proud of this team! They are full of grit and fire!

The U15F B squad is living it up in PG for Provincials! It’s been two MVPs, fun with friends, a trip home for Coach Chris, and lots of lacrosse with their next game at 8am tomorrow!

We cannot express the pride we feel for the privilege of hosting the U22F team. It’s been our honour to call you all Eagles.
After this season, we are saying goodbye to nine young women who are aging out of minor. They are some of the pillars of local, and not so local, female lacrosse.
Tori, Maren, Iandra, Hayley, Kendra, Mya, Rory, Sophia, Julia - you are all inspiring leaders and role models, and incredible athletes. We can’t wait to see what you do next.
Remember that we will be here cheering you on and the door is always open if you want to come back home! 🦅 🥍

Hey! I’m Iandra Lamplugh, the captain for the U22 VELA team, and I have also helped coach some of the younger female VELA teams! I just wanted to reach out and say that myself and some of my friends are running lacrosse camps this summer (one box and one field) so we just wanted to put it out to everyone! Also for people who register for both the box and field camp they will get a 30% discount :) It will be really fun and provide some great opportunities for girls who wanna get more reps in/learn from collegiate and international level players!! We look forward to seeing some of you guys there:)
