The Vancouver Island Coastal Cowgirls are an equestrian drill team made up of 8 horse and rider teams.
We have been performing together for 7 years now and we all met through our local 4-H club. One year we were all attending a local fair together when we saw another drill team performing and immediately knew it was something we wanted to try! Shortly after we booked our first performance at the Saanich Fall Fair. We left ourselves with 2 weeks to prepare our first pattern and somehow we managed to

Who’s ready for our hometown weekend!! The Coastal Cowgirls are always proud to be able to perform for friends, family and fair goers every year at the Saanich Fair! Catch our performance once daily in the big sand arena and come by the stalls for a visit with the horses and riders.

We are locked in for our first performance of 2026 this weekend! We are honoured to be opening for the Canadian RCMP musical ride this Friday and Sunday. You must have tickets to enter this event and it is SOLD OUT!
