Checked out Carolina Cafe after practice today and it did NOT disappoint! This picture doesn’t do it justice. The portions were big and the flavours were bigger! May be our new favourite spot when craving Authentic Italian food.

I have no words to be honest. This amazing woman has shown up 2-4 times a week for her workouts the past 23 years. I don’t know what Monday and Wednesday classes will feel like without Steph holding the bags for Joette to start us off 🥊🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏼However ….. celebrating your 74th birthday tomorrow and finishing your last class just yesterday…… is a level of dedication and effort that we all have been inspired to follow.
Joette has been the momma of Chikara and feels like family. We expect you to pop your head in the door and say hi every now and again.

Not a super exciting picture but…..I depended on each of these almost hourly for the past 2 weeks. I was in absolute agony. Then BHAM. Dr. Carrie squeezed me in and worked the miracles that she does. Two sessions later and I’m fixed right up! If you are looking for a top notch, practices all modalities of her Profession kind of Chirpractor..,. She’s your girl 👩🏽‍⚕️🩻💪🏼
