Good work for shoulder stability, core, wrist flexibility, hamstring flexibility and meshing it all together like you might be doing on the pole.
We did these as a set of 3 reps per side supersetted with some shoulder external rotations and hollow holds to prime/fatigue the core and rotator cuff.

Hey everyone (specifically folks in Victoria)! I’m looking at the feasibility of opening a community gym at 1088 Johnson Street. My main motivation in doing this is creating an accessible and low barrier place for people who might not feel comfortable in more conventional fitness facilities to be able to go and workout.
The general vibe for this place would be: a gym for people who hate the gym. No bright lights, no loud music, nobody recording videos and nobody with their shirts off screaming. Just a place to go and workout without worrying about feeling judged for what you’re doing or how you’re doing it.
My plan would be to allow members who have care aides to bring them along for workouts with no additional cost and try and reach out to people who might otherwise not go to the gym and make the space as low barrier as possible. I would also design the facility to be as accessible as possible for members with mobility aids or those who might need extra supports getting onto/off the ground, onto machines, etc…

End of an era ❤️ With a lot of mixed feelings I will be coaching my last class at JustMove next Friday.
It’s been an amazing two years full of lots of hurdles, amazing times and a ton of laughs. A big shout out to all the staff and especially all the members that made going to work there so fun.
A difficult decision to make, but I can say I’m beyond excited for this next chapter coming up.
