Victoria Swim Lab is a special purpose indoor teaching/training pool. We offer variable current pool and cameras to give the swimmers a great experience.

Adults who are learning to swim often have to spend time getting comfortable with buoyancy, balance and breathing in the water first. That means they also must have a different kind of body awareness.

This local swimmer does a nice job showing us how to do all 4 strokes in the current pool and in IM order - without the turns of course! Swimmers get great video feedback when we use the underwater and above cameras during their sessions here.
