After competing in the Surrey Festival with over 1000 participants, a BVC student has been chosen to be the Provincial Representative for Ballet Level 1!

She will be performing at the Performing Arts BC Provincial Festival, held in Prince George this June.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at a few of our Ballet Victoria Conservatory Intensive Level students during Sunday’s dress rehearsal. These dancers are Seattle-bound in January for the Youth America Grand Prix, and we are beyond proud of the talent, commitment, and passion they bring to the studio every day! 🩰✨

We’re beyond thrilled to announce that our very own first-year aspirant, Eibhlin Minatsis, is off to Halifax to guest with Ballet of Lights by Fever in their stunning production of Sleeping Beauty! 🩰✨ Eibhlin will be performing the iconic role of Aurora - bravo 🤩
Catch her live in December at the Spatz Theatre in Halifax! After that, she’ll be back in time to shine on stage in the corps de ballet with Ballet Victoria and the Victoria Symphony performing in The Gift alongside many other BVC students at the end of December! 🌟Get your tickets fellow Victorians!

✨ We’re so proud to share some incredible news from the Ballet Victoria Conservatory! ✨
This past week, three of our Intensive Level 3 & 4 students — Lilika Bootsman, Romy Kashyap, and Ella Johnston — represented BVC and Canada on the international stage at a week-long competition. Each of them danced beautifully and made us so proud! 💙🇨🇦
Both Ella and Romy were selected to take part in the prestigious Call Back Class, performing in front of a panel of international judges. And a huge congratulations to Romy, who placed Top 12 in the Junior Contemporary category and received a scholarship to the YGP Dance Lab in Barcelona! 🌍💃
We couldn’t be more thrilled to see our young artists shine and grow through their dedication, artistry, and hard work. Congratulations, dancers — your BVC family is so proud👏💫
