POV: you get the ride of your life on @sailgpden F50 💨 To kick off race week at the #CanadaSGP, we welcomed Canadian @wecanfoil athlete @gracelpoole onboard our F50 to experience life as a @sailgp athlete 😮 As part of our #WPP and youth development strategy for #sailgp Season 4, we‘re collaborating with the @waszp.tv class internationally - including partnering on the upcoming Waszp Games this summer - to help build a foiling pipeline for the next generation in Denmark and beyond 🙌 It was a pleasure to bring Grace onboard as part of our @rockwool_group event and help to close the gap between the #waszp class and the F50 🤩 great job Grace! The #WeCANFoil programme hosted by @sailgpcan takes place across 11 foiling hubs in Canada and will see youth foilers competing in Halifax ahead of the racing this weekend 🔥 #foiling #sailing #RaceForTheFuture #SailGPInspire

This is the 12th season of the LVISSL!! Over the years there have been 14 different schools that have participated. Currently there are 12 teams from 9 schools from both Middle and High School up and down the peninsula

The team comprised of Luke Ramsay from Vancouver (Royal Vancouver Yacht Club), Rachel Green from Burlington, ON, (Royal Hamilton Yacht Club) and Jessica Hirschbold from Victoria, B.C., (Royal Victoria Yacht Club), have qualified to be nominated for the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games following the trials that were held last weekend during the Canadian Open Lightning Championships at the Kitsilano Yacht Club in British Columbia.
