I am Coach Daniel Bednarski, and it is nice to meet you!
I am an online fitness and nutrition coach who specializes in fat loss and body recomposition and have been working as a trainer for the last 8 years! (At the young age of 30!)
As young kid, I’d always been the athletic child that just seemed to run around with too much energy.
I was put into every sport imaginable.
and I remember just being the sporty kid.
I loved playing basketball, soccer, baseball, football, tennis, golf, you name it!
Then I remember going through that awkward growth phase, and that’s when some of my physical confidence started to collapse
I started to lag behind.
In fact, I thought I just thought I wasn’t good enough.
Then I went to college to play baseball and my confidence got worse!
All I ever wanted to be was the best I could be, but I never seemed to be able to get there
Just led me to spending hours in the gym
This gave me a passion and an excitement for my physical fitness. And I started becoming a student of nutrition and movement.
After college, all I knew is, I didn’t wanna lose all the physical progress I had made. I want to continue being an athlete because it was my identity…
… That’s when things started to change for me

This one hit me ☝🏻
Because this is what I feel I suffer from a lot.
I just want to know everything there is to know about business, succeeding, being better, and health/fitness.
And it works against me 99% of the time.
It’s paralyzing - I get so worked up and then end up doing nothing, only to judge myself about being lazy or not acting on my ambitions.
I would benefit so much more if I just learnt 10% of what I thought I needed to learn and just pursue that 10% with relentlessness.
I guarantee I would get 5x as further than if I learnt everything I could learn.
When we start, we need to realize that “we are just starting” - you don’t sprint right out of the gates. We jog, we find our pace, we get a feel for the race (at least that’s the smart thing by to do lol)
I’ll be working on learning less and doing more.
Acting on what others have done to see success and not overwhelming myself.
If you do this in the gym or with dieting, you will start seeing more results and increasing your progress.

I used to think a lot of things were absolute.
Like the gym was law, and I had to follow certain laws in order to see progress. When in reality it’s more like natural law, and there are principles to follow.
The difference between the 2 is one is absolute and one is not. That’s because we are all different! How your body reacts is going to be different than others. If you give yourself space to see that, and experience it, you will see better progress in the gym and probably spend less time and worry around it.

My weights kept going up.
But my progress was slowing down.
This is because I wasn’t training the way my body best developed.
The low reps and high weight work for a lot of people.
I just happened to work at my best when I dropped the weight and went higher in volume.
Think of this like always trying to see the sunrise but always looking to the west.
I wasn’t going to get where I wanted by powering through - I need to step back and assess the best way to train for ME!
- Are you getting the results you want?
- Are there better ways for you to train?
- Have you ever tried different methods?
Take some time to practice new outlooks and test whether there is a better way.
Some patience. Willingness to try. Listening to your body regardless of what others are saying.
Helped me out a ton.
