Aislinn is a 2020 graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy here in Victoria. Experiencing many injuries over the years has deepened Aislinn’s understanding of chronic pain and given her compassion for others dealing with issues from injury to chronic systemic conditions, to depression and anxiety.
Although each treatment is unique, Aislinn gravitates toward passive movements & stretching, trigger point release, and Swedish massage. She is dedicated to providing a safe, relaxing treatment space for all of her clients, and strives to stay trauma informed.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Aislinn painting something with bright colours, hiking a local trail or training her extremely cute dog.
