For the past 25 years, the brand of Innovative Fitness has worked hard to establish a new standard for personal training in North America: a standard of team & member-centric development, a standard of higher quality service, and a standard of creating community through shared experiences.

In 2011 we made the commitment with our franchise partner, Jeff Dallin, to extend our services to Victoria, all in an attempt to have a lasting impact on the quality of people's lives throughout the region. For 12 dedicated years we remained committed to this promise.

Unfortunately, after many years of serving your health and wellness needs and surviving what could have been the most impactful global event that our industry could have ever endured, we regret to inform you that as of Sunday, January 22nd, we’ve parted ways with our current franchise ownership group. Business services at the 1601 Blanshard Street location will no longer be delivered by Innovative Fitness, but we are hopeful that the legacy of our brand will continue to live on.

We would like to take the time to thank all of the past staff, trainers and management for their commitment to the brand over the years. We would also like to thank all of the customers, community partners, and Victoria for the support over the years. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you again in the near future.

2023 GOALS ANNOUNCEMENT - COACH JADEN

As 2022 comes to a close, the team at IFVic is honing in on the goals and challenges we want to pursue in the coming year.

With this said, we want to share these goals with our community with the intention to spark the desire for us to exit our comfort zones in the name of personal development and some adventure. This is important to us as it helps us to become the best people we can be for the sake of our community and the people that matter most in our lives.

So expect to see our faces on your social media over the next few weeks!

A monumental THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our 2022 Train the Trainer event!

With the help of our amazing community, the IFVic club was able to raise over $19000 for .nature.counselling ! This will allow the Human Nature team to provide 2 months of subsidized counselling services. The impact they will be able to make with this cannot be overstated.

We'd also like extend a special thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers who ran the event while our coaches endured their punishments! As well as a thank you to for providing us with all of the above photos and videos!
