We must never forget that we are rhythmic beings: our heartbeat, our breath, the cellular pulse. Working and living in a busy city with constant triggers and to-dos it is easy to loose the connection to our natural rhythms - our energetic bodies, prana and life force. Live music and free form movement has always been a pure source to uplift me (and so many others!) when I feel disconnected... I crave the bass vibrations and heavy drum. Returning home isn’t always about organizing chaos into safe space, but sometimes it is becoming the chaos, embracing chaos, being ONE with the flow! Yoga asana in a traditional structure isn’t always the right practice for me — sometimes I just wanna dance from the bottom of my primitive soulll!!!!! You too?????
