The Canadian Sport School is a key initiative of the Canadian Sport Institute and SD62. It provides Making students better all around athletes.

It does this by:

Reducing the academic classroom time required by student athletes compared to traditional schools. The Sport School recognizes the sport-specific training that athletes do and provides athletes with high school credits for that training. Sport School seminars in nutrition, injury prevention and sport studies provide athletes with the tools to improve their performance and teach

No, it’s not a time trial or a sprint finish, it’s Wingate testing. Thirty seconds of all-out effort designed to measure anaerobic power and fatigue resistance. Every pedal stroke pushes physiology to its limit and the CSS students absolutely crushed it.
