Dance Fitness with Lizy We are a team offering Zumba classes in Victoria BC and Circl Mobility Classes. We offer community based Zumba classes, we are all equals, no judgement!

Book our Victoria Zumba Fitness Classes using the Vagaro website or the Vagaro app. Please join us ♥ There are many choices for Zumba classes here in Victoria, and coming to classes at Zumba Lizy / Dance Fitness with Lizy is the first step in your new journey! Our classes are beginner friendly and a small class format so you have the opportunity for more interaction if you are looking for that! Whether it is your first time, your next time or you are new to the city, our community of students and instructors will welcome you as if you have been here every day. We want you to feel included so you never worry about coming to class solo, there will always be someone to be there to chat with and keep you smiling and laughing as you dance! We offer Zumba, Zumba Toning (we provide the weights) AND Circl Mobility Classes at Eagle Creek Athletic Club. Monthly LIGHTS OUT class on the 3rd Tuesday of every month lets you let loose and have fun with LED and Glow are held at Theatre Al Dente in Esquimalt. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO GET MOVING! Our classes are a mix of latin and international rhythms that are fun to learn and easy to follow, you will sweat away the pounds with a smile on your face! You'll be having so much fun, you won't realize that it is exercise in disguise! With 5 inspiring, enthusiastic and energetic instructors, you will always walk out of class happy that you walked into it.
