Just to remind you there is No Class tonight!
Anyone up for a Summer Shape Up Challenge? Grab a friend that can join you in your strength building, weight loosing, health gaining quest!! This program works best with a buddy!! If you don't have one, I'll be your buddy!! :) I'm putting some routines together and creating a plan to get us swim suite ready!! $5/week ... less than a dollar a day!! We will run a six week term for the trial run! You will also have the options of dropping into classes ($12 to drop in, or $10/class with a punch card), do home workouts, joining running groups and meal prepping with friends!! We start this monday, May 11th at 6:30pm. Who's with me??

Yoga can be a little chilly so for all those peeps that were not at class on Monday, bring a small blanket for future classes - or at least while the weather is crisp!
Woooo whoooo, bands arrived!! Ready to add resistance to the class? Take it up a notch? Oh yeah, can't wait!! I will add them into tomorrows class! See you there!
Just so everyone knows, classes will be running today, but Hard Body will not be running tomorrow!! Hope everyone has had a great weekend!! Hope to see you tonight at 7pm!!
Annihilated glutes and abs tonight with medicine balls, kettle bells and kickboxing! Whew, gonna be hard to walk tomorrow! ;)

Current classes...
Fusion Fitness - an aerobic warm up, high intensity interval workout with a little yoga at the end - will be offered on Monday and Thursday nights 7-8:15pm (bring a yoga mat if you have one!)
Body Blast - a quick 45 min high intensity full body work out - will be offered on Wed nights at 5:45-6:30pm
Hard Body - lifting weights with proper form while incorporating high intensity - will be offered from 9:30-10:30 Monday, Wed, Friday, targeting different muscle groups each session.
If you have time, shoot me a text to let me know if you are able to come (250-882-0560). That way I can decide how much of what equipment to use!
Thanks everyone who came Monday night, it was a blast!! All those squats will give us buns of steel!! LOL Get ready for another butt kicking on Thursday evening 7pm!!
