We did some blind folded chi sau last night. A great excersize to find out what skills are in the bones and where you may want to revisit your training. If you train clean hands and horse and create good habits,they will be there when you need. Chi sau is just on facet of the system.Polish them all and What an investment you'll have waiting for you!
