Our U3 Physical Literacy Program is a fun, imaginative introduction to soccer for players born in 2024. Through age-appropriate games, movement, and creative activities, little ones learn, explore, and grow at their own pace.

Sessions are led by our skills development instructors—and parent participation is required and encouraged, so please come dressed to join the fun!

Play indoor rec soccer with a friend this fall! ⚽️🙌🏼

During registration in your PowerUp account , submit a teammate request for your friend—and make sure they request you too! Requests must be one-to-one and reciprocal; both players must be registered and select each other.
