Yoga will be starting up again this fall once the Spin Studio has moved. Hope everyone had a wonderful summer.

I started doing Iyengar Yoga 27 years ago. Still love my yoga! Great book if you are an inspiring yogi.

Our next episode of Living the Practice- 60 years of Light on Yoga is out tomorrow with Judi Sweeting. She has some wonderful personal memories of time with Mr Iyengar in Pune in the library and reflections of over 50 years of teaching and practicing Iyengar Yoga.
