Experience Physical Activity

Custom movement programs for specialized groups and individuals.

We offer inclusive physical activity single workshops, as well as eight to ten week workshop series. The workshops are designed to enhance the physical, mental and social dimensions of health for children, teens and adults with special needs across the Niagara Region. Each workshop series is customized to individual and group needs, abilities and interests and our instructors are devoted to building a responsive, and supportive social learning environment.
