The West Kelowna Warriors are proud to announce the promotion of Liam Blackburn to General Manager.

A valued member of the Warriors organization, Blackburn has established himself as a trusted leader with a deep understanding of the standards, culture, and competitive environment that define Warriors Hockey.

As General Manager, Blackburn will lead the club’s hockey operations and player personnel, overseeing the continued development of the roster and helping shape the organization’s vision both on and off the ice.

His knowledge of the game, commitment to player development, and dedication to building a championship calibre program will be instrumental as the Warriors enter their next chapter.

Please join us in congratulating Liam Blackburn on his appointment as General Manager.

We’re excited to welcome Zac Taillefer to our coaching staff as our Goaltending Coach for the upcoming season.

Zac brings a strong background in goaltender development, with experience working with athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels. His coaching experience includes work with Okanagan Hockey Academy, Okanagan Hockey Group, and AK Hockey, where he has focused on developing the technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the position.

With a strong understanding of the demands of high-level hockey and a commitment to individual development, Zac will play an important role in helping our goaltenders continue to develop and compete at their highest level.

We’re excited to have Zac on board and look forward to the impact he will make within our program this season.

The West Kelowna Warriors are excited to welcome Darby Church, CAT(C) as our Athletic Therapist!

Darby joins the Warriors after spending the past two seasons as the Head Athletic Therapist and Equipment Manager for the Neepawa Titans (MJHL). She brings extensive experience in player care and injury assessment and rehabilitation.
