We don’t need another diet.
We need a reset.

For the next 30 days, keep it simple:
• Eat what walks 🦌
• Eat what flies 🪶
• Eat what swims 🐟
• Eat what grows 🌱

For 30 days, you also avoid 🚫
• Ultra-processed foods
• Added sugars
• White bread, pastries & cereals
• Soda & juices
• Alcohol
• Protein bars, shakes & “diet” foods
• Artificial sweeteners

No counting. No perfection.
Just real food, eaten with intention.

September always feels like a reset. Back to school, work picking up, routines filling fast, life gets louder. And in the middle of all that noise, it’s easy to lose yourself.

Stillness isn’t about escaping the chaos, it’s about finding your breath inside of it. Even one or two minutes. Whether you’re sitting in your car, sipping your morning coffee, or between meetings—can shift your entire day.

Don’t wait for the “right” moment it won’t come. Create it. Carve out your stillness, and notice how much clearer, stronger, and lighter you move through everything else.
