For the next 30 days, keep it simple:
• Eat what walks 🦌
• Eat what flies 🪶
• Eat what swims 🐟
• Eat what grows 🌱
For 30 days, you also avoid 🚫
• Ultra-processed foods
• Added sugars
• White bread, pastries & cereals
• Soda & juices
• Alcohol
• Protein bars, shakes & “diet” foods
• Artificial sweeteners
No counting. No perfection.
Just real food, eaten with intention.
