Very happy to finally introduce my new in-house studio to my Facebook friends.

This space allows me to work on several exciting projects, including the History of Martial Arts in Canada, a project I’m developing to present to major networks, as well as promoting Taebo Reboot and other wellness programs through innovative testimonials and real stories from the field of experts i will choose .

The studio will also be a place where I sit down with some of my greatest friends in sports, champions, coaches, leaders, people who have lived incredible journeys and have powerful stories to share. Stories that can inspire, motivate, and help others through podcasts and TV specials.

Believe me, we are fully equipped.

What a pleasure it was to come back to my hometown for this year’s Capital Conquest. This one felt special. My instructor, John Therien , received an incredibly rare honour,his 10th degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu. A moment of history, and I was proud to witness it.

We also had a great time sharing Taebo Reboot with families. Kids, moms, and even a few surprised dads jumped in to try it, and Capital Conquest welcomed it with open arms. It kept the young ones moving, laughing, and,best of all,helped us spread the word that the game is now available in the Meta store .

It was amazing to reconnect with so many masters who have shaped my martial arts journey, and to rekindle friendships that may have been quiet for a while but never forgotten.

Grateful. Energized. And proud to be part of this community.
