Tonight, Henry earned Player of the Practice for showing some serious Warrior growth!

One of the things our team said they wanted to work on was staying focused — and Henry absolutely stepped up. He came to practice focused, stayed locked in the entire time, and kept himself on the ball throughout the drills. That’s a huge improvement and exactly the kind of effort we love to see.

Henry also showed tremendous growth in learning how to take a tackle and deliver a tackle with confidence. He kept working, kept learning, and showed some BIG heart while doing it. 💪

That’s what being a Warrior is about: focus, courage, growth, and heart.

Way to go, Henry! Keep bringing that Warrior mentality every practice! 🏈⚔️💙💛

Carl earned Player of the Practice by showing what it truly means to be a Warrior.

Throughout practice, he demonstrated leadership, supported his teammates, and showed a great attitude when receiving feedback. Carl wasn’t afraid to ask questions when he wanted to understand something better — and, even more importantly, he took the answers, made adjustments, and applied what he learned on the field.

That kind of effort, coachability, and commitment to his team shows true Warrior leadership. A Warrior leads by example, keeps learning, lifts up the people around him, and is always willing to put in the work.
