We have lots of coaching options available and offer race support programs at all BC and Canada cup DH races!

Instinct is looking to hire some new coaches!

If you love coaching, have some experience, and are Whistler based you could be a fit!

The roll includes working with young athletes from 11 to 18yo, trail days and park days, and attending some races in a coaching capacity. We want coaches who can offer a high riding ability with high certifications and some racing experience. Creative sessions, a keen eye for detail and a love for all sorts of bikes also valued!

Here at Instinct Development, we’re passionate about Racing.
If you’re trying to get involved in racing your bike but don’t know where to begin we can help.
Our U15 and U13 programs have some space available beginning in May.
Our coaches will take athletes through the steps needed to progress from local racing all the way to international level competition!
