🧒 Ages 7+ (𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 meet 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 swim requirements)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We also offer a 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for adults 19+

✨ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥:
🔹 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Learn the four strokes, dives, and turns.
🔹 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – Train 2-3 days/week, stay fit, and swim with flexibility.
🔹 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 – Commit to swimming as your main sport with 5 days/week training & competition focus.

This past weekend, our very own 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙯 and 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚 had an incredible opportunity to train with 𝙊𝙡𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙘 𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙜𝙞𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙡! 💪🏽🏊‍♀️✨

It’s not every day you get to learn directly from one of the world’s best — and this session was all about learning Maggie’s skills and technique, not just watching from the sidelines.

We have an amazing story to share that will inspire swimmers of all ages!

Long-time 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐖𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 coach 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒔recently came out of retirement to race at the 𝐁𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 —and guess what? He brought home 𝒔𝒊𝒙 𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒂𝒍𝒔, including 𝒕𝒘𝒐 𝒈𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒔! 💪🔥

That’s right! After 31 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚 from competition, Coach Dave dove back in and swam the 50-𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒚𝒍𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 25.95 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒔!😲 He didn’t just race—he raced like a champion. 🥇

But what makes this story extra special isn't just the medals. It's that 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐞 has 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐖𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬, helping them believe in themselves and love the sport.
