It is 5:00 PM on a Friday. You close your laptop, throw your bag in the car, and hit the Sea to Sky.
By the time you pull into Whistler Olympic Park, the summer light is still going strong. Long golden evenings mean you have got a full stretch of daylight ahead of you, even after the drive. Set up your tent, take a walk through the trails, grab a seat under the gazebo, and just breathe.
Then the sky does its thing.
No city lights out here. Just a full canopy of stars overhead and that quiet that only happens when you are truly away from it all. The mountain air cools, you pull on a hoodie, and the night settles in around you.
A full weekend of this, and you will head back to Vancouver on Sunday feeling like you actually went somewhere.
If you are ready to trade your Friday evening scroll for a starlit escape, your campsite is waiting.

"Very cool environment, so cool to be at a facility from the Olympics! We climbed the ski jump, itโs really nice that this is accessible. We also loved our RV camp space: full hookup, well maintained grass, free laundry machine & dryer, a store with the essentials in the day lodge and free WiFi all over the site. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we booked an extra night for the activities nearby.
