✨MEET OUR YOGA TEAM✨ Christina: Instructor “Christina is a 200hrs Yoga Teacher with 4 years of yoga experience. Christina found yoga during a time of turmoil. It was through her practice she learned to stop looking to her external environment for love and validation but to go inward. Yoga taught her to let go of perfectionism and control and to fall in love with the flow of life. As her practice deepened she learned to change her perspective, no longer viewing life from a lense of "how this is hurting me" but rather getting curious of how things in life unfold bringing more joy and happiness. When faced with challenges Christina turns to her practice of yoga and meditation for steadiness and ease always learning, growing and healing.
