DRY ICE Sports Performance Centre is Durham Region's Premier Multi-Sport Training Centre We have a full gym that is dedicated to the Elite Athlete.

Dry Ice Sports Performance Centre is located conveniently at 1450 Hopkins Street, Unit 1, close to the 401 in Whitby. On our Skating Treadmill we run Individual, Group, and Team Training Sessions. The 16’ x 31.50’ Synthetic Ice Pad allows us run Shooting Classes, Goalie Lessons, Learn to Play and Learn to Skate Programs.
