Now that pool season is here, please be reminded of our pool rules:

1. Always close the x-pen gate properly when you are done. One of our dogs is prone to hot spots so we need to limit when he is in the pool to be sure we can dry him thoroughly.

2. If the pump is not running or the skimmer is not properly positioned as shown in the photo, please message me immediately and do not use the pool. Allowing dogs in the water when the filter is not working properly fouls the water and requires considerable extra maintenance.

3. Do not let dogs play with the chlorine floater or the skimmer basket. These are essential to keeping the pool clean and safe.

4. Do not throw treats in the pool.

5. If your dogs are muddy, please hose them off before letting them in the pool.

We had numerous issues with pool use last year that resulted in a lot of extra maintenance time and effort. We would like to avoid these issues this year so we can continue to keep the pool open.
