Here’s the thing about weight loss…
It’s slooow
Well, it’s slow if you actually want the weight to stay off long time and you want to live your life while seeing results.
And I don’t know about you, but I really enjoy living my life while seeing results.
Assuming you’re consistent with workouts, steps, and staying in calorie deficit, you should see progress in the following timeframes:
(This is GENERAL guide – your individual rate of change might be different)
✅ Measurements will drop a little, around ¼ to ½ an inch, after 2 weeks. My clients take measurements every 2 weeks – as long as 1 or more is down while the others remain the same, we stick with the plan.
✅ You’ll notice a slight overall downward trend on the scale after 3 weeks UNLESS you’re started strength training and you’re therefore building muscles while loosing fat. In this case, the scale would not budge.
✅ You’ll see a change in progress photos after 4 weeks, especially if this taken from the side (you’ll probably notice fat loss in the mid-section and under the chin). And that’s why I have my clients take progress photos every 4 weeks.
✅ YOU will notice a change in the mirror, and people might start commenting, after 6 – 8 weeks. This is also typically when you really feel a difference in how your clothes fit.
Expect it to be slow, focus on consistency over perfection. And you’ll have a good time 🙌

Resistance bands are not dependent on gravity and therefore reduce joint compression, which helps to prevent injuries on your joints in the long-term🌟.
They also create countless possibilities to train your body and adapt the level of your workout according to the progress of your training. Research has proven that resistance band exercises grow your muscles and tone them at the same time👌.

I'm very proud of my new creation: Full-Body Resistance Band Group Workout for All Fitness Levels.
This unique exercise program features effective moves to lift and tone your butt, strengthen your core, back, shoulders and arms.
We’re going to work every muscle in your body with some of the lightest and most effective fitness equipment.
I plan to start zoom morning classes and as the weather is finally getting better 🤞 I think it's a good idea to start outdoor evening classes as well😊.

How it works 💓
Consultation first 🤝
We'll start with a 45 min Consultation which include fitness testing and discussion of your objectives and goals. We'll sit down during the assessment to discuss what you want to achieve, what exercise activities you enjoy, your current fitness regimen, how you foresee incorporating active living into your lifestyle, possible limitations and/or prior injuries and we figure out an acton plan together. A specifc program is written based on your goals, assessment results and limitations, and then we re-assess you in 12 weeks to see your improvements. It’s exciting to see what changes have happened from the start of training!
Personal Training💪
During each personal training session I'll be happy to provide you with encouragement and motivation, teach you the proper form and exercise techniques, speed of movement, breathing, involvement of specific muscles being trained, maintaining proper posture and postural alignment during exercises, how to prevent injuries, contraindicated exercises, applicability of exercise related to your every day tasks, importance of proper warm-up, cool-down and stretching components of training, and offer general health and fitness knowledge.

Hello and welcome to my new page 💓 !!!
My name is Olga, I'm 39 years old, I live in Vancouver, Canada. I'm a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, wife and mom of two beautiful girls👩🏼👩🏼.
My fitness journey started 7 years ago as a desire to lose baby weight I gained from my first pregnancy. During the process of losing that stubborn 34 lbs, I felt in love with fitness, not only for what it can do for my body, but what it can do for my mind and soul. I was so inspired by others willingness to learn and grow with me through my journey so I decided to switch careers and become a Fitness Leader in the community.
I'm so happy now to be able to share my experience, my knowledge and my passion for healthy and sustainable lifestyle and support people during their own fitness journeys. I care about my clients and there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, healthy and strong - mentally and physically.
